Returns Policy

All our products leave Sakthong-Wood-Carving in A1 condition and are packaged to a high standard. We use sturdy durable new boxes, and every product is wrapped in bubble wrap. Returns must reach us within 14 days of receipt; the customer is liable for all return shipping costs. A full refund will be given less 15% restock fee, off the total cost of the product. Refunds will not be accepted if the item has been worn, or is damaged.
